Really love this very humbling piece of training equipment.
Whilst the many obvious benefits are there to be seen, the less talked about aspect is the fact that you are stabilising whatever weight you have on with your foot and ankle flexors which can only be beneficial in the long run.
Easy to use and great quality made. It is a great add on to my workout routine. Haven’t done all the workouts with them yet but I’m excited too. Very happy with the product and having fun with the new workouts.
